Dr. Yogesh D

Dr. Yogesh D, M.B.B.S, M.S (Ophthalmology), FVRS,

Dr. Yogesh D is an accomplished Vitreoretinal Surgeon with over two decades of extensive clinical, academic, and surgical experience across India and overseas. He is trained at prestigious institutions including St. John’s Medical College Hospital (Bengaluru) and the Retina Institute of Karnataka, where he completed his Fellowship in Vitreoretinal Surgery.

Dr. Yogesh has served in multiple renowned eye care institutions, including Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital, Vasan Eye Care, Ahalia Foundation Eye Hospital, Lotus Eye Hospital, and Mecure Health Care Ltd. (Lagos, Nigeria). His expertise covers a wide spectrum of retinal disorders such as retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, macular diseases, retinal vascular occlusions, and complex vitreoretinal surgeries. He is also skilled in cataract surgery, phacoemulsification, intravitreal injections, and advanced retinal laser procedures.

He has presented scientific papers at national conferences including AIOS and VRSI, and has been actively involved in clinical research, including international multicentre studies. With a strong passion for patient education, ethical practice, and high-quality surgical outcomes, Dr. Yogesh is known for his meticulous approach, calm demeanor, and dedication to delivering the best possible visual outcomes for his patients.
